How to Submit Your Project ?

A feasibility questionnaire (approximately 15 minutes) is available to allow you to submit the key points of your project to the POCER network.

This questionnaire can only be filled out and submitted once.

It is therefore important that all requested elements be available at the time of submission.

Step 1 :

You complete the feasibility questionnaire with the requested elements for studying your project:

  • Information about the project leader
  • Information about the POCT (Point-of-Care Test)
  • Identification of needs

Step 2 :

The eligibility of your project for deeper expertise is assessed, particularly ensuring that the project is not purely a commercial sollicitation.

Step 3 :

You present your project during a meeting of the Steering Committee (COPIL), which is held monthly. During this meeting, you can exchange with COPIL members and/or members of the Scientific Council to clarify any pending questions and specify the support that POCER network can provide. A synthesis meeting of experts will statuate on the formal validation of POCER’s support for your project and its specifics.

Step 4 :

After validation of your project, the project manager will assist you in the effective initiation based on your needs – for example: regulatory aspects, establishing contact with potential participating centers, etc.

The Contribution of the POCER Network

The POCER network was designed to promote Emergency POCT in the following ways:

  • Creating a consortium dedicated to Emergency POCT
  • Providing multidisciplinary expertises
  • Demonstrating the clinical and health-economic impact of POCT
  • Stimulating R&D—particularly in France—in line with emergency medicine needs and features
